Half day Sugarloaf and city tour
This tour begins with a panoramic city view through downtown Rio. Get to know the traditional Cinelândia square with the historical buildings, the Municipal Theater, the National Library and the National Museum of Fine Arts. From here, you will be taken to the neighborhood of Urca where one of the largest symbols of the city, Sugar Loaf is located.
This visit is made in two steps by cable car. The first cable car takes passengers to Urca Hill, from where one can have a beautiful view of Guanabara Bay and it's islands, the Rio-Niterói bridge and Corcovado hill. From here, a second cable car will be taken up to the top for a splendid view of Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress, and some beaches of Niterói. Overnight Hotel Sofitel.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up for the approximate 2 hour
drive north to the beachfront town of Buzios.

Spend these two days at leisure in Buzios. In the 18th century, Buzios' beautiful beaches were the place where fisherman would come to catch whales when they made their annual pilgrimage to the south. Soon it became the favorite resort for Rio de Janeiro's high society. The city has excellent restaurants and nightclubs and is still an extremely popular destination for the residents of Rio.
