Trujillo is located in the “Valley of
Eternal Spring” on Peru’s northern coast. This is the heart of Pre-Inca
Mochica and Chimu culture. Chiclayo is the home of the famous tomb of
the pre-Inca Lord, Sipan. It was discovered in 1987 and is now
restored.

Chan Chan - a great giant adobe city built by the Chimus.
Huanchaco – a beach village where they use “totora,” small reed boats.
Huaca Rajada & Tucume – a 200-hectare pyramid city and important archeological ruin.
Bruning Museum – home to Peru’s most important pre-Columbian collection.
“Witch Market” – unusual collections of medicinal herbs, curios and handicrafts.
