Roatan is the largest and most developed of the Bay Islands, with a landmass of 49 square miles and 40 miles in length. The island has a mountainous backbone and is surrounded by coral reefs, offering superb snorkeling and diving as well as fishing. |
| Roatan is home to the Institute for Marine Sciences. Here, guests have an opportunity to interact with dolphins in their natural environment in a “dolphin encounter,” under the guidance of IMS staff. |
